Snake Delusion

Today I am a little bit snake

In this outfit I started out with a great wardrobe staple – a basic blue denim kind shirt from Armani. I paired it with these snakeskin print trousers from Joe’s jeans which are more of a statement piece but I balanced out their crazy beautiful print by keeping the rest of my outfit fairly neutral.

What really elevated this look are the accessories which turn this simple shirt and jeans combination into a fashion week worthy ensemble! My shoes Pretty Small Shoes, belt Simonetta and bag Marc by Marc Jacobs are all a gorgeous warm gold nude colour with similar tones to my jeans. My shoes also have snakeskin detailing on them which again makes for a cohesive yet unique outfit.

My scarf from Just Cavalli with its gorgeous midnight blue colour draws on the tones of my blue shirt as well as the snakeskin print. It’s these little details such as the repetition of the snakeskin print in places where you would expect it and the different shades of blues and nudes which is what really make this outfit – a style classic!
