When you want to make a style statement but don’t know where to begin when it comes to putting together an outfit then one place to begin is with colour. For this outfit I used various shades of blue to create a cohesive look which still has a lot of individuality.
The blazer by D & G has a raw edge to it with the different textures and shades of blue but still has that signature Dolce and Gabanna glamorous feel. Underneath I wore this Name It dress in a great mid tone blue which helps bring out the other tones of blue in my outfit. I accessorised it with this amazing Antik Batik Baba bag which has gorgeous jewel tones whilst also being fun and frivolous – the perfect counterbalance to the fitted cuts of the rest of my outfit.
I decided to contrast my overtly blue outfit with these incredible Dansi boots – these boots were made for walking! They also give the outfit a little bit of a 60s edge with their block heel which goes nicely with my Ken Scott scarf and my dress being on the mini side!
