Anna Sui sunglasses / Swarovski ring
This is a casual, warm weather outfit that’s slightly inspired by Japanese street fashion, while still remaining low key enough to look classy. There’s enough fun and color to keep the look from being forgettable, but it’s also a fashionable and artistic expression of who I am and what I like
I picked up this t-shirt from Uniqlo in New York City a couple of months ago. It’s a piece from a collection inspired by Ladurée macarons, as you can see by all the brightly colored macarons on the print. This quickly became my favorite tee that I own. I wore a purple Gucci belt at the waist to help flatter my figure and break up the pattern, for a little touch of something different.
The light pink jeans are by 7 For All Mankind. I love wearing skinny cut denim with cropped ankles along with heels, which is what I’ve done here with my high cork wedges from Fuss-Schuhe. I look on a little bit of a DIY project by spicing up the plain fronts by attaching leather flowers, customizing them to make them a little more me.
To bring in the color of the flowers and balance out my shoes, I chose a large magenta Braccialini bag with a braided strap and some light fringe detailing. I finished off accessorizing with my big, round Anna Sui sunglasses, from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection
