Dior Cleansing Oil

I have dry skin and always wanted to buy a cleaning oil instead of a cleaning gel. But I didn’t do, so I’m not very familiar with cleaning oils.

Dior cleaning oil is thinner than I expected. I like the consistency, because it leaves no oily feeling on the skin. I like the smell, too. The oil removes both normal and eye make-up very well and doesn’t burn in the eyes – unlike any other eye makeup remover, I’ve tried until now.

Despite the oil cleans really good, I use my Clarisonic face cleansing brush afterwards. Unfortunately, a cleaning oil cannot be used together with a Clarisonic brush, because the oil doesn’t develop foam – instead it forms a gentle lotion in conjunction with water. Great – I should have known sooner! But then I wouln’t write this post

If I wouldn’t own a Clarisonic brush, I would buy this product definitely again. But now I’m happy with a cleaner by Bioderma for pre-cleaning and can save some money
