Hey guys, let’s talk today about my recent travel to Moldova. Moldova was my homeland for 12 years (before I lived in Georgia) and 5 years lived in Chisinau – the capital of Moldova.
My first stop was the festival of colors with electronic music and guest DJ from Germany – ATB. I think, it was the BEST PARTY OF THE YEAR for me I really had a lot of fun. Like my best friend says: “No matter where you are but most important with whom you are”
The next days I spent with my family and friends. Of course I didn’t forget to play tourist, too, by visiting the city sights and taste the traditional cuisine Popular dishes are: placinta – a traditional pastry resembling a thin round kind of cake, usually filled with soft cheese, potato or cabbage. Sarma – a dish of grape or cabbage leaves rolled around and usually filled with rice and meat. You can find it in the greek or Middle East cuisines as well. And in the end Mamaliga, a kind of bread made from yellow maize flour.
I hope this post was interesting for you, guys I wish you a nice week!
