How far would you go for your favorite beauty product?? Would you believe that I had to go to Madrid for this lovely cheek color? Well I didn’t go to Madrid only to buy this Dolce & Gabbana blush, I did have some fun and do other things when I was there You get my idea, though. One of my biggest pet peeves is that they don’t carry Dolce & Gabbana cosmetics in my country. They are very selective where they sell it and they only sell it in a few countries in Europe.
This color is Rosebud 33. It’s just a little bit rose but more coral and has great pigmentation. It’s very fine milled and smooth. You can just do a quick swipe for a bit of a flush or it’s buildable if you want a more dramatic look. It works with many different skin tones and is perfect for summer as well as winter!
I love using blush as it instantly gives you a warm look. If you aren’t feeling well or if it’s the middle of the winter and you haven’t seen sunlight in days, just swiping this on your cheeks makes you instantly look better!
The other thing I love about this blush is the packaging. It comes in this fabulous gold compact with a compact gold brush. I can slip this little compact in my bag for touchups.
There are skeptics in the beauty world that feel like a clothing designer wouldn’t have a clue on how to make high quality cosmetics, but I completely disagree. Their line is fabulous! Did you know that Dolce & Gabbana cosmetic line took Premier – Prix d’Excellence in Marie Claire magazine?
Do you have a Dolce & Gabbana makeup that you can’t live without? Tell me below… Also, what’s the craziest thing you have ever done to get your favorite makeup I would love to hear it!
